All orders placed via this website will be subject to our Terms and Conditions. You must agree to abide by these before placing any order. These Terms and Conditions may be changed and updated from time to time. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are aware of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Any order placed via this website is subject to availability, stock levels do change regularly and items for sale are offered elsewhere.

Punkrockrecords.co.uk makes all reasonable efforts to describe items as accurately as possible. Punkrockrecords.co.uk is not liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from any reliance upon the use or any dealings with any of the information contained in this website. All sizes etc. are approximate and not exact.

The price of items ordered from Punkrockrecords.co.uk will be that quoted on the website at the time of the order.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated on UK Royal Mail postal prices and therefore overseas purchasers should email Punkrockrecords.co.uk prior to placing an order. This is to confirm the additional costs that will be involved shipping overseas. If this is not done the order may be cancelled.

Postage is free for all UK orders worth £75 and over and when sent as one package. For larger quantities please contact Punkrockrecords.co.uk prior to placing order. If any Uk purchase is less than £75 in value, postage will automatically default to £2.20 per single and £5.20 per album.

All item are sent protected in a pro mailer

Punkrockrecords.co.uk is not responsible for delays in delivery once the item(s) has left our store and is with the carriers.

Refunds

A full refund will be provided for a faulty item if it is returned to us within 21 days in exactly the same condition it was sold in. Proof of purchase will be required. Refunds are not provided on non-faulty items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
